Emergency Contacts - UK 

If you need support due to struggling with your mental health; below are some organisations who may be able to help, they support people in crisis.

If you require Urgent Medical Help than always call 999

  • Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. You can text us from wherever you are in the UK. If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, our trained Shout Volunteers are here for you, day or night.

  • National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK is a helpline offering a supportive listening service to anyone struggling with their mental health or thoughts of suicide. We are open from 6 pm to midnight daily on 0800 689 5652. Anybody is welcome to call us if you need to talk.

  • www.autisticmentalhealth.uk - Offers further suggestions for where to obtain further mental health support for autistic people.
